One-to-One Therapy
At SIX MHA we have a vast network of therapists, counsellors, and experts, including psychologists and psychotherapists. Our network comprises of both independent practitioners and affiliated organizations.

Each counsellor and organization undergoes thorough screening based on their qualifications, expertise, experience, location, and adherence to at least BACP standards or applicable qualifications within their domain. They all operate within the guidelines and principles set forth by SIX MHA.
How We Work
With our vast network we are able to match you to a suitable counsellor in your area within 24 hours of your initial contact.
In cases where a specific counsellor is not available within a 45 minute drive or they are at capacity for in person sessions, we offer remote appointments by way of video call and phone call.
